• Q: Are you a manufacturing factory?

  

  A: We operate our own processing facilities, mainly responsible for slitting, profiling, and surface treatment. At the same time, we serve as a primary distributor for several major Chinese steel groups, allowing us to maintain strict control over raw material sourcing. While we are not a traditional steel mill, we have full control over the entire supply chain — from sourcing to delivery.

• Q: Can you provide third-party inspection or testing?

  

  A: Absolutely. We support inspections by internationally recognized agencies such as SGS or BV. The inspection reports can be issued directly to the buyer to ensure transparency and reliability of product quality.

• Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  

  A: We offer flexible MOQs. For coil products, the standard MOQ is around 5 tons; for building materials, it can be even lower. We welcome inquiries on a per-product basis. Mixed loading and trial orders are also supported, especially for first-time collaborations or small-scale projects.

• Q: Can you support custom branding or packaging?

  

  A: Yes, of course. We can tailor packaging based on your brand specifications, including private labels, carton logos, RAL codes, and more. OEM production is also available in our factory upon request.

• Q: What payment methods do you accept?

  

  A: Currently, we only accept international payment via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). It is a safe and efficient method we have used for years. After order confirmation, we will provide a formal invoice and detailed bank account information.

• Q: What is your lead time?

  

  A: For most standard products, lead time is around 15–25 days. Coil products are typically faster to ship, while customized items may require additional time. A detailed production and shipment schedule will be provided upon order confirmation.

• Q: Can you provide samples? Are they free of charge?

  

  A: Yes, we are happy to provide samples for quality verification. Samples are charged at a minimal rate to cover production and handling costs. However, the sample cost can be fully deducted from your formal order. We hope this helps reduce the risk of first-time cooperation.

• Q: Do you have export experience?

  

  A: We have extensive export experience and are familiar with documentation, packaging, and certification requirements across multiple countries. In particular, we provide comprehensive logistics and customs clearance support for Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

• Q: How do you ensure product quality?

  

  A: We strictly control quality from the source. All raw materials are sourced from major certified steel mills and come with MTC (Mill Test Certificates). Processing is completed in-house, ensuring consistency and traceability. Third-party test reports are available upon request. We take a long-term view, and believe that quality is the foundation of lasting trust.
