Spangle Galvanized: During the cooling process of hot-dip galvanizing, the zinc layer crystallizes to form regular or irregular spangle patterns, which giving a decorative metallic appearance. This product is commonly used in applications where aesthetics are important, such as exposed roofing and decorative cladding panels.
Non-Spangle Galvanized: Produced by controlling the galvanizing process to suppress spangle formation, and resulting in a smooth and uniform surface. This product is ideal for post-painting or color-coating applications, and now is often used for appliance panels, indoor sheets, and other applications requiring high surface flatness.
