Key Features
Rock Wool:Made from basalt and other natural minerals, with excellent fire resistance (Class A), thermal and acoustic insulation.
Glass Magnesium Board (MgO Board):Made from Magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, and fiberglass mesh, which with fireproof, moisture-proof, and insect-proof properties.
Silica Core / Silicate Core:A Silica-based mineral core, with good fire resistance and thermal insulation, and moderate weight.
Aluminum Honeycomb:Hexagonal aluminum foil core, which is lightweight, high strength, excellent flatness, and corrosion-resistant.
Paper Honeycomb:A kraft paper honeycomb core, which is eco-friendly, lightweight and low cost, and a good choice for low-load areas.
Expanded Polystyrene:Expanded polystyrene, with good insulation, low cost, higher water absorption, and moderate fire resistance.
Extruded Polystyrene:Extruded polystyrene, with better insulation and moisture resistance, and compressive strength than EPS.
Thermoplastic Polystyrene:Thermoplastic polystyrene, reheatable and moldable, better impact resistance, less common in panels.
Polyurethane (PU):With excellent insulation, waterproof, lightweight and durable; which requires flame retardants to achieve fire resistance.
Polyisocyanurate (PIR):Better fire resistance than PU, but with similar insulation performance.
Glass Wool:Made from fiberglass wool, which has Class A fire resistance, excellent thermal and acoustic insulation in a lightweight.
Product Description
Handmade clean panels are a type of sandwich panel developed for environments with strict requirements on air cleanliness, such as clean workshops, laboratories, and hospital operating rooms. Unlike clean panels produced by continuous machine production, the core processes of handmade clean panels are completed manually. This is mainly to facilitate the handling of special structures, detailed sealing, and the provision of diversified customization for customers.
Handmade clean panels usually consist of two layers of color-coated steel plates as the surface layers, with core materials such as rock wool, magnesium oxide boards, and aluminum honeycombs in between. They are formed through manual pressing, edge sealing, and adhesive fixing. They are often used with galvanized keels or aluminum profiles as the inner frame to improve the overall strength and installation accuracy of the product.
