Pre-painted Steel Sheet (also known as color-coated steel sheet) is a high-performance coated steel product crafted through a precision multi-layer coating process. It starts with a galvanized or galvalumed steel substrate, which undergoes surface pretreatment (degreasing, phosphating) before being coated with a primer, topcoat, and optional clear coat via roller coating or spray application.
