Thermal Process Tunnel Panel

Thermal process tunnel panels are high-performance insulated enclosure systems engineered for industrial drying/curing equipment, specifically designed for continuous high-temperature operating environments (80°C to 450°C). These baking tunnel insulation panels represent a new generation of fire-resistant boards with exceptional fire resistance. Suitable for thermal and acoustic insulation in drying chambers, paint booths, industrial equipment, buildings, and ships, they also serve as ideal materials for ceilings and partitions in electronics cleanrooms,  purification rooms, and fire-resistant workshops. All products comply with national testing center certifications for fire resistance limits. Available in thicknesses from 50mm to 150mm, custom specifications can be manufactured according to client requirements.
