Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium (Z-A-M) Coated Steel Sheets represents a breakthrough in metallic coating technology. Its coat combining zinc, aluminum, and magnesium to create an ultra-high performance material with exceptional corrosion resistance. Because of the advanced alloy coating (typically approximately 85%–96% zinc (Zn), 5%–11% aluminum (Al), and 1%–3% magnesium (Mg)) forms a dense, protective layer for product, that delivers 3-5 times of the corrosion resistance compared to traditional galvanized products.

The unique ternary alloy formulation creates a self-healing effect. When minor scratches occur, the coating components migrate to form a protective barrier to avoid further corrosion. This innovative material offers superior edge protection and enhanced performance, especially when product used in harsh, high-moisture environments. All of these make it an ideal choice for applications where durability and longevity are critical needed.
