Application Environment

High-humidity climate with a concentrated rainy season and frequent acid rain, compounded by SO₂pollution from nearby industrial zones and intense summer UV radiation (peaking at levels 8 to 9)

The HDP coating features a high molecular weight, which helps to make it resistant to photo-degradation and chalking. Its surface layer provides an excellent water resistance and moisture barrier properties, which could effectively preventing the intrusion of humidity. All of these helps reduce issues such as corrosion spots and paint peeling caused by rain exposure in real usage. Even if the outer paint layer is scratched or damaged in case, the use of a high-performance zinc-aluminum-magnesium substrate could help to protect the panel from corrosion. Relied on its great resistance in salt spray environments of ZAM materials, it significantly extends service life while reducing maintenance frequency and long-term repair costs.
